For Mamas: Weekly on Ask The Midwife Mondays, Anne will go live to answer your questions about your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or journey as a mother. Each session will begin with a brief relaxation exercise or a simple meditation, and conclude with an affirmation or an inspirational message. Towards the conclusion, Anne will hold safe space for mamas to create more community, connect, interact with each other, have respectful discussion, support each other and share empowering inspiring birth stories - with kind, sensitive, positive vibes only.

For Birth Professionals:  Monthly on Thursday's Ask The Midwife Live for Professionals, Anne will go live and answer your professional questions, from business to practice to balancing work and personal/family needs. Prospective, student, new or experienced midwives and other birth professionals are welcome. Each session will begin with a brief relaxation exercise or a simple meditation, and conclude with an affirmation or inspirational message. Towards the conclusion, Anne will hold non judgmental safe space for birth professionals to create more community, connect, interact with each other, have respectful discussion, support each other - with kind, sensitive, positive vibes only; a "Red Tent" like sharing of both positive, challenging and upsetting experiences can be included as well, depending on the wishes of the participants. Monthly one hour live stream of Ask The Midwife is only $15/session.
