For $97/year, you can include your picture or logo, short description, and link to your website or main social media page; and as an added bonus you will be featured on Home Sweet Homebirth's social medium and blog.

Simply fill out the form below to be considered for our directory AND submit additional information via email to info@homesweethomebirth.com and write "Practitioner Directory and Your Name" in the subject heading. Please include a brief description about you, your philosophies regarding your approach to serving families of this community, why you would like to be featured on Home Sweet Homebirth, your degrees and licenses as applicable, your Facebook and Instagram pages if you have them, photo and any other pertinent information.

Anne will contact each practitioner directly once we receive your application. Every practitioner listed on the directory has been chosen by Anne, but no responsibility is taken for the practice of any individual practitioner listed on this directory.
